Weekly Sound Bath Immersion – Scotts Head
Tuesdays 6:30pm
Join us for a healing and nurturing experience allowing you to deeply release into rest, relaxation and inner peace. This class is a gentle reconfiguration of the body, mind & energy to a more positive and relaxed state of being.
Cass’s healing tools include drums, crystal and Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, gong and tuning forks combined with energy work provide a deeply calming and balancing experience of releasing, resetting and rejuvenating.
During a class Cass has been known to channel personal messages. These are shared on completion over a grounding tea allowing time for integration.
Cost: $25.

Sunday Sounds – Monthly Sound Bath Immersion
Scotts Head – 4th Sunday of the Month 2-4pm
Join us to deeply relax, go within and rejuvenate as you experience the profound benefits of a combined sound vibration healing and guided meditation.
Healing tools including drums, crystal bowls, and Tibetan chimes combine with Cass’s energy work to provide a deeply relaxing experience, resetting the mind, body and soul. On completion experience connections around the fire with likeminded souls or surround yourself in nature in the serene natural setting.
During a class Cass often receives personal messages which she relays at the end of the class.
