About Cass’s Sessions
Through the tools of sound, energy balancing and channelling you’ll be assisted in your journey of self healing and empowerment. You’ll be guided to connect to your inner wisdom, hear its gentle loving whispers, receive clarity, inner peace and set intentions for personal growth.
I’ll assist you to release what no longer serves you, any negativity and stagnant energy built up from your past removed and stress melted away. You’ll be deeply relaxed and your energy rebalanced allowing the divine flow of energy to envelope you supporting your health, wellbeing and healing. You’ll leave submerged in bliss as your soul is nourished and are guaranteed to be deeply relaxed, and feeling lighter than you did on arrival.

The Ultimate Soul Expansion Session

A powerful healing session where Cass uniquely fuses four modalities to create an ultimate nurturing experience for you. Your mind, body and soul will be deeply relaxed, you’ll connect within, feel rejuvenated and leave feeling lighter, rebalanced and more empowered.
An individualised sequence of Sound & Vibrational Healing, Reiki, Facial Emotional Therapy and Neoro Emotional Balance allows you to drift away to a blissful place experiencing deep inner peace and rejuvenation. Your energetic frequency and body are rebalanced, you release what no longer serves you and connect within.
Beautiful and empowering channeled messages are received during your session, providing insight, clarity and growth.
This session is highly recommended with 90% of clients first word being, “Amazing!” and many commenting that they had an out of body experience during a combined modality session.

Sound Healing – Sound Bath

Journey into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation for the mind, body and soul. As traditional sacred instruments are gently played float away with an overwhelming calmness and inner peace as you connect to your own positive energy and receive access to deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing.
Waves of vibrations from specifically selected instruments flow through you, slowing down your brainwaves, resonating with your cells, and ultimately altering your state of being, creating a positive healing effect on your mind, body and soul.
The sound frequencies create a therapeutic atmosphere which promotes a deep state of relaxation, rebalancing of the nervous system and an emotional release. Your natural state of inner peace and harmony is restored, blockages are released, healing of your inner self is experienced, and you are aligned to the frequencies of awareness, insights from your inner wisdom and intuition. You’ll leave immersed in a blanket of relaxed, rebalanced and rejuvenated energy and feeling uplifted and inspired.

Neuro-Emotional Balance Therapy
Neuro-Emotional Balance Therapy (NEB) is very powerful for behavioural change, improving wellness, and stress reduction.
NEB offers a dynamic approach to personal transformation through a non-invasive and interactive process to bring about profound change by addressing subconscious beliefs that are blocking personal growth and success.
NEB applies a powerful and straightforward method to rewire self-limiting and self-sabotaging patterns, unlocking the full extraordinary potential of your mind. Based on the principles of Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, and Counselling, this powerful approach works with the subconscious mind, creating meaningful change from the source of our emotional issues.
Central to this therapy is the use of muscle testing to access bio-feedback from the subconscious, directly highlighting the root causes of limitations and mental blockages. Once these blocks are cleared, the mind-body system can reset, and as a result, creating positive mindset changes which transform and enhance your life.

Facial Emotional Therapy

Facial Emotional Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment, designed specifically to work in sync with the nervous system, giving the opportunity to experience peace and rejuvenation through sensitive touch and soothing strokes over the meridian system.
Working directly on the face, head, and neck accesses many of the significant energy points relating to the various systems of the body, clearing stress levels and emotional blockages allowing relaxation and clarity of mind to take place. The entire body experiences a sense of deep and profound state of bliss, making you feel reenergised and leaving you looking refreshed and younger.
This treatment merges techniques drawn from physiotherapy, kinesiology, facial harmony, brain gym, reiki, remedial massage, and reflexology all combined in a unique and deeply relaxing way.
